Development Update at College Crescent – 20/01/16

After the slow down over the Christmas break, TSG were back on site on Monday 4th January 2016 and to date, have laid the concrete floor, under floor heating and screed in the Lower Ground floor flat.

Every studio shower room has been fitted with all fixtures and fittings and the front doors have also been fitted. The decorators are now on site preparing the skirting, architrave and windows.

Lead flashing is being fitted, to where the coping stones abut 18 College Crescent, to the rear of our property. The porch, stairs and balcony will be dismantled this week and rebuilt in a similar style.

With the rendering to the front elevation nearing completion, the scaffolding will be removed over the next couple of weeks.
