GJB Estates Development Update – 01/03/2017

After the satisfactory conclusion of the development of 17 College Crescent in 2016 , GJB Estates Ltd have now managed to secure planning permission to convert 32 Denmark Road, Ealing into three self-contained flats to include a Ground, First and Second floor side and rear extension, to include new entrance with associated parking spaces. The project will commence in 2018 and will be self-funded.
